I go for the ambiance. The owner greets me by name. The music is peaceful. The nail techs have very rarely tried to upsell. I've been there quite a few times and it's been the mini-vacation I've needed to push through a busy week. Me and my 2 girls fight over whose going to get the appointment with her when we go. 🤣 She is so sweet and her nails last me 4 weeks which is great because I can't get in as often as I like.
